The business challenged the team to push the boundaries of the Bath & Body Works creative content strategy, which was largely promotional. In partnership with Brand Strategy, the creative team delivered exclusive, members-only content to our best and most loyal customers. Work ranged from how-to videos, to sneak peeks of upcoming product launches, to early access/pre-sale opportunities to just fun animated content. The app content represents the best of Bath & Body Works, giving the customer a peek inside the brand.
