The re-platform of the Bath & Body Works website to Salesforce Commerce Cloud was a 24 month, cross functional, multi partner, project aimed at modernizing the website to fit the customer's shifting behavior into mobile. By harnessing the power of the new platform, and using a mobile first approach, the team modernized the UI/UX & visual design, to deliver a customized shopping experience for the BBW customer. The site set the foundation for continuous iteration and optimization within an agile release cadence. Since launch, the business has seen double digit growth year over year.
