Bath & Body Works was looking to grow brand awareness of their home fragrance category, The White Barn Candle Co. They wanted a uniquely different and elevated customer experience for this growing category. The team researched the in-store experience, conducted customer focus groups and gained insights from product merchant and analytics teams to design an elevated commerce experience that sit nicely within the existing Bath & Body Works brand eco-system.
